Sitting in an elevated position with views over the village towards Roscarrock Hill, Kylden offers a perfect home from home. The cottage is maintained to a very high standard throughout. In summer, relax on the sun terrace; equipped with all you could need for alfresco dining. In winter, curl up on one of the large sofas in the living room in front of the fire.
The kitchen diner includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob and double oven as well as ample room for 4 to eat.
The new, fully tiled bathroom features bath with over bath power shower, basin, w.c, ,large chrome heated towel rail and the added luxury of underfloor heating for the winter months.
The lounge has wood floor, TV incl. Freesat, DVD Player, CD player, Playstation, books, toys, games and a selection of DVDs, all for guests to use.
For younger guests, there is a highchair, travel cot, changing mat, steriliser, blender and Cbeebies. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and the travel cot will fit in either room.
Unlike many cottages, Kylden also offers the added benefit of including all linen and towels. Beach towels are also available to hire for a small supplement; no more wet and dirty beach towels when you get home!
There is private off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway at the front of the cottage.
